We get asked a lot about what a custom basketball workout would look like and below you will see an image of one part of the custom workout. The knowledgeable basketball athlete understands that the majority of basketball skill is made up of consistency in shooting. The path to consistency can be arduous - in gyms across North America you can witness atop athletes ‘jacking up’ shots from all sorts of positions ranging from off balance to behind the backboard to the every present ‘ watch this’ shot.
